Warm Up: Coach led calesthentics
Strength:  5 attempts max distance behind the head med ball throw  14/8#
Conditioning:

50 air squats
50 sit ups
50 flutterkicks (4ct)
50 leg levers
run 1 mile
50 squats
50 sit ups
50 flutterkicks (4ct)
50 leg levers

Post distance on throw and time on conditioning.
