Warm Up: 15-10-5 knees to elbows, wall ball (14#/9#)

Mobility:  Super Frog 2 min, global expansion 2 min, foam roll as needed 4 min

Strength: 3x15 split squat @ 50% bodyweight; 90 sec min rest between sets

Conditioning: 5 rounds for time of:
                       10 x KB Snatch (45/25) each side
                       15 ab mat sit ups
                       20 box jumps (24"/20")
